1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using the CGMINT Gospel Hymnal App ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the App and should uninstall it from your device.

2. Description of Service

The App provides access to a collection of Christian hymns for personal, devotional, and congregational worship use. Features include hymn browsing, audio tune playback (streaming and offline), and personal favourites.

3. Permitted Use

The App is licensed, not sold, to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may: • View, read, and listen to hymns for personal or church worship • Download hymn audio for offline personal use You may not: • Reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit any hymn text or audio • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the App • Use the App for any unlawful purpose

4. Intellectual Property

The hymn texts, translations, and musical arrangements made available through the App are the property of their respective rights holders. Many traditional hymns are in the public domain. Where copyrighted works are included, they are used under licence or with permission. The CGMINT name, logo, and App design are the intellectual property of Christ Gospel Mission Int.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. Audio availability depends on internet connectivity and cloud service uptime.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Christ Gospel Mission Int. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.

7. Third-Party Links & Services

The App may contain links to third-party websites (e.g. app stores). We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of any third-party site.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App (or any portion of it) at any time with or without notice. We may update these Terms from time to time; the updated Terms will be posted in the App with a revised effective date.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
